Let me introduce Ultraverse Accommodation.

I founded Ultraverse Accommodation in early 2021 after being inspired by the lifestyle and surge of new tourists flocking to Mossel Bay. As a resident at Pinnacle Point Estate, an Airbnb Super Host and an ambassador and community leader for the greater Garden Route area, I witnessed firsthand the rapid growth of Airbnb and the incredible opportunities it provided for property owners to rent their homes to these visitors. From starting Co-hosting a single property I am proud to now manage in access of 120 rooms/properties in Mosselbay.

In a matter of only a few years we have hosted more than 2500 guests and achieved Airbnb Super Host status every year since launch. This is something that keeps us focussed on providing the very best experience to our guests and value to our property owners.

Ultraverse Accommodation has since grown to a dedicated team ranging from cleaners, hosts and Professional Hosts that help people and property owners rent out vacation homes.  We specialise in hosting guests, businesses and lifestyle travellers while maximising the rental income and grow the property value at the same time. It’s a great way to make extra income from your property while also exposing your property to guests, people and investors from around the world.

But getting started as a host can be intimidating. There are a lot of details to consider, from setting the right price for your listing to making sure your space is clean and welcoming for guests.

    Property Setup & Onboarding

    After the initial property visit we will provide you with a projection of the rental income you could expect to make and list the items required to get your property into a guest-ready state. Once ready, we will arrange professional photography, inventory and key handover.

    We advertise on all major booking platforms including Airbnb, Booking.com partner with local and international travel agents as well as our own network of estates and clubs that allows event, Golf and other organisers and corporate travel agents to book directly with us.
